When you will hear back
Our booking team is available every day from 08:00 to 02:00, and messages are answered inside that window rather than around the clock. What that means in practice:
- WhatsApp is the quickest route and the right one if you are landing today or already at the airport.
- The form on this page and email are usually answered within a few hours during our opening hours. A message sent after closing is picked up when we reopen.
- Changes and cancellations go through our Malta team. A change is subject to availability, so send it in good time rather than on the day, and a booking paid online is non-refundable, as our booking terms set out.
- Already booked? Quote your booking reference (it looks like ND-XXXXXX) and we can answer in one reply instead of three.
