When you will hear back
The desk is staffed every day from 08:00 to 02:00, and messages are answered inside that window rather than around the clock. What that means in practice:
- WhatsApp is the quickest route and the right one if you are landing today or already at the airport.
- The form on this page and email are usually answered within a few hours while the desk is open. A message sent after closing is picked up when the desk reopens.
- Changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before pick-up, so send those in good time rather than on the day.
- Already booked? Quote your booking reference (it looks like ND-XXXXXX) and we can answer in one reply instead of three.
